This is just a pretty sunset with the silhouettes of smokestacks and a giant Ferris Wheel. It’s in the movie, I suspect it’s just something Miike saw and said, “Hey, shoot that, it’s pretty.”
Gozu: (極道恐怖大劇場 牛頭 GOZU, Gokudō kyōfu dai-gekijō: Gozu, literally: Grand Theatre of Perversion and Fear: Cow’s Head) (2003) Japanese, directed by Takashi Miike.
